Before your arrival, the concierges contact you by WhatsApp. They can then be reached via this channel 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to midnight to satisfy all requests: restaurants, excursions, quads, hot air balloon flights, etc.
On your arrival, a welcome tea will be offered to you accompanied by pastries.
